Erin and Joey are classmates since freshmen in high school. They became close friends during their sophomore and junior years. On their senior year, Joey decided to seal their relationship and ask Erin to be his date on their Prom night. But something came up, and Joey ended dating Roma, muse from junior department. Erin was so devastated that night and decided to divert her attention to Lance, the baseball player from senior department but came from another section.
But Erin and Lance didn't work out as Erin is still in love with Joey. While Joey and Roma ended as couple and stayed together even after graduation. To mend her broken heart, Erin decided to go Manila and study college. She promised herself not to go back in town until she became successful and be worthy to take back Joey.
After 10 years, they reunited, patch up and clear things from the past.
