Not like it was bad, just boring. But your music was like something that woke me up and made me realize I wanted to do more with my life, especially your second album. Also just feeling something more than the feeling of just being content is nice... and I'm rambling..." I say, taking a deliberate step towards him, keeping my arms crossed and my eyes on his. "You can keep playing this shit like you've never seen me before but we both know you've been seeing me in your dreams every night since the first. You're pathetic." "Are you done?" Luke bites out, clearly affected by my little speech. It's honestly too easy. "You're not a fan of letting girls finish, are you?" I test, scrunching my eyebrows in mock sympathy. "Well it's pretty obvious that I don't like you, why so surprised?" he cocks an eyebrow. I open my mouth to fire back but no words come out. He shoots me a satisfied grin. "You know what? I don't like you either. I think you're insufferable too" I cross my arms, trying my best to hold my ground. "Touché then" he smirks. He turns on his heel and walks off, leaving me speechless in this hallway yet again. A story where a 19 year old college student, Iris Greene, is paired up with a grumpy, bitter, and just generally unpleasant Luke Hemmings for a class project. Will they be able to stifle their hate and other unresolved feels for one another for long enough to get the project done?
