After Damazi escapes from Melas in the wake of Lupa's crazed attack upon the kingdom, he stumbles through the Shrine of Onos and comes out onto Earth, where he meets an unlikely trio of Adyssians. Together, they survive life in a new world for centuries while they all await the birth of the GateKeeper.
Meanwhile, a sinister plot is brewing on the horizon, as one of Earth's richest men plots an agenda to topple the world order, thereby cementing himself as Earth's only ruler.
