Cerian had recently gone through two wars, both of which were internal conflicts. Fortunately, the kingdom managed to recover from both quickly. Unfortunately, some of the problems from the past two wars, still haven't been resolved.
And with the revolutionary spirit in the air, and rebellious spirit spreading like mycelium, it seems the country is once more taking a turn that leads to war
But underneath it all, it seems there are deeper feelings, of care and love. Feelings that in the current situation, will be tested and strained.
Will this end in love and kisses, or will broken hearts litter the floor..?

Your Stupid Face A Desert Duo Story
To describe Scar & Grian's relationship, it is one of complete and utter loathing. The two have a deep-rooted dislike for one another, always wanting to bully each other every time they come near. However, whenever they do pass or see each other, they would get this strange feeling of warmth and joy that fills their guts. But they don't know what this sensation is, they just know that it makes them want to bully and torment the other even worse. It's such a unique feeling, no one can explain it, not even themselves. They just know that the feeling is there and they hate it. They hate it so much that they wont admit it or even talk about it, it's something unspoken but still a powerful and driving force between the two. Grian hated it, hating that feeling of warmth and attraction that Scar was causing. This completely flipped their relationship, as Grian started to want more of Scar's attention. However, he felt so conflicted about this feeling as well, wanting to fight and torment Scar but unable to resist the charms as well. This story is inspired by the song Your Stupid face by Kaden Mackay I hope you like it!
