Glory Warlock and her friends are in for the fight of their lives. Queen Melissa has destroyed the Sydney Nation, the group has been separated, and rumors say that Glory is dead. Ember, Peril, Astro, Fawn, Raven, and Urchin must survive through this ongoing war if they want to save Xadia. And what's worse, Melissa has officially declared war on everyone in Xadia.

And Glory is in greater danger than ever before.

A Surviving Era is the 4th and final book of the Sydney Nation series. It still honors my beloved sister, Sydney, and demonstrates examples of survival, love, and hope.

Belladonna, the heir to the Rainwing throne and the daughter of Queen Glory and King Deathbringer thought that her only problems were trying to conceal her mind-reading abilities and secure a peaceful future for the tribes in the Rain Kingdom. That is until a strong, protective Skywing/Seawing soldier stumbles into her life in search of his long-lost brother. While the two groups, Gale and Storm travel the continent to find each other, (with the help of Tempest and Belladonna,) they begin to catch glimpses of a changing Pyrriah and start wondering what is really happening in the alleys and backstreets of the world. The answer is in the gatherings of dragons who yearn for a change in power and are willing to sacrifice everything to destroy the current Pyrriah and build a new empire from the ashes. Soon a prophecy surfaces, speaking of six misfit dragonets as the ones to save the fate of Pyrriah again... The dragonets of the prophecy, Belladonna, who will have to overcome her fears and face an oncoming war, Storm an orphan Sea/Sky hybrid in the Skywing army, Desert a runaway Ice/Sand orphan who is a wanted fugitive on the run from the Icewing army, Tempest a Seawing who lives in the Deep Palace with her parents Tsunami and Riptide, Blizzard a sarcastic Icewing with a tortured past and Gale, who is a sweet and intelligent Sea/Skywing. These dragonets are destined to stop the secret rebel plots that are spreading like wildfire through Pyrriah. But there are challenges in the distance, including past villains being risen from the dead and a mixture of heartbreak, betrayal, fatalities, and imprisonment. There is no time to wait, revolution is brewing, and another war is approaching fast on the horizon. Will these new 'dragonets of destiny' be able to stop the oncoming flood of vengeance and save all of Pyrriah? I guess we'll see. !!Violence/fight scenes!! UNVEILING SECRETS IS A RISKY CHOICE. The limits of Reef Beach aren't strong enough to stop Sapphire's curiosity. She's been so curious about the whole idea of never going out into the world. Sapphire wasn't going to sit around and wait, so sneaking out must be the right idea. But even being cautious and quiet isn't enough for the dangers that lurk around to stop them from tangling Sapphire into them. When she accidentally catches herself in a lot of trouble, she needs to recover and fight back. But, then she gets into a bigger mess . . . . Staying close to the shadows in the moonlit night, she crawls her way in to find the answers. How did she end up in Reef Beach? Who are her parents - and why did they leave her there? How come Reef Beach is so limited? When her friends are in danger and she finds out about the raging war between the NightWings and SeaWings, Sapphire needs to act up. But finding the answers to all her questions isn't as simple as waving a wing. Finding new secrets, new friends, and even unveiling a prophecy. More questions come to her. Can she fulfill this prophecy? Will Sapphire succeed to stopping the war? Or will the war drag on endlessly with more dragons dying one by one . . . . COVER ART IS BY ME Dragon aging is different in this series- ages up to 8 are dragonet, 9 to 12 is teenager, 12 to 20 is young adult, 20+ is adult. This excuses any questions about aging. One could say that Jasmine has had a lot of character development. One worth writing a story about. It the perfect origin story for a powerful and memorable heroine, which was Jasmine's dream since she was tiny. Both her parents were dead, the world had been brought to its knees (again), and her friends were starting to give up on saving the world. Jasmine feels hopeless that she'll ever have a future worth living. Especially when Aconi rose up to her godly status, forcing those oppose her into exile and serfdom. But when she meets a dragonet who shows her faith and strength that there is possibility, Jasmine started to believe that maybe she can actually survive this. Maybe with enough dragons that really believe in a better future for all, they can finally overthrow the tyrannous queen that has Pyrrhia under her talons. But when things go wrong in the worst way possible, leaving her dangling by a thread, Jasmine must finally decide what she is destined to do: be the hero and risk it everyone she loves, or make a deal she will never forgive herself for? Join Jasmine on the final installment of the Last Day Series, where she will walk paths that hadn't been walked in millennia, dragons and ancestors that will guide her talons to victory, wherever they may go. Jasmine will face Aconi, and she will meet her destiny, whether she lives to see the next day or not.
