When Reyna's redcoat crew waits out a storm on a pirate infested island, all of them are in a bad mood. Except for Reyna and Katie. Katie seems unable to hide her excitement, which causes the rest of the crew to wonder what's going on.
After a bar fight breaks out, they run into a pirate crew that seems different from the others, who's black and blue haired captain seems to know a lot more about Reyna than they do.
Soon, they are faced with a tough decision: fight for their lives against the thousands of pirates who inhabit the island, or hide out with the same pirate crew from the bar.

But when she arrives at the Grace Kingdom, things get more complicated. Jason turns out to not be a total jerk (which is good), so breaking his heart might be harder than expected (which is bad). Queen Beryl is drunk half the time and wildly insistent on the marriage. And worst of all: Reyna finds herself slowly falling for Jason's younger sister, Thalia Grace-an extremely cute, skeptical princess who isn't three years older than her like Jason, and also hates being a princess. With the help of others in the palace who don't like the life they've been forced into-they attempt to prove to everyone that they are more than just princesses... and crush the arranged marriage. The first few chapters are pretty terrible, just so you know. They're the first draft and purely kept there because some people like them. If you want, you can skip straight to where it starts saying "Chapter xyz, rewritten". This is my first fic so i hope you like it! All rights belong to Uncle Rick!
