Based on a Hetalia fanfic I wrote: In fair Cardsdale where we lay our scene, a fatal love curse has been cast on an extension of the hearts royal family. Catarina was the princess of Hearts, and she didn't have any contact with the outside world. That all changed when her parents King Ludwig and Queen Elena took her to the neighbouring Kingdom of Diamonds where she met Dante Vargas, a middle class boy from that kingdom and the son of a famed ice cream shop owner. Catarina and Dante must now fight against the odds of being on opposite sides of an ongoing conflict between their family members to keep their blossoming friendship and romance alive while stopping a sinister throne usurpation plan devised by King Francis of Diamonds and his brother Roger.
