Aimi Chiaroscuro can only say two things with absolute certainty, everything comes with a price and everyone has a soulmate.
In this world, everyone was born with a mark that connected them with someone they were meant to be with and it was only after they kissed that they were able to use their quirk/powers to their fullest extent. The mark is said to glow on contact with said person, which makes it even easier to identify them.
Aimi was born with 4 marks, sealing away the majority of her strength which was set to develop even further on hitting puberty. But even with a fraction of it, she struggles immensely with her powers and her dark and dramatic past. Unable to cope, the 15-year-old drops everything and decides to attend UA after receiving countless recommendations hoping to finally gain some control over her life...but instead, she ends up meeting all 4 of her soulmates that she wanted nothing to do with yet and they end up unleashing her power to its fullest.
When the boys first met Aimi they noticed her cold demeanor and thought nothing of it, surely no one so adamant about not finding her soulmates couldn't be their final piece. They had only ever felt warmth and love from their last unidentified mark. Yet after they accidentally collide she lights up like a lamp, there remained no doubt, they had found the last part of them and it was then that all hell broke loose...literally.
