My Hero academia. Heroes And Vigilantes

A boy is bullied for not having quirk. Then suddenly awakens one,with this new found power he becomes an unregistered hero or a vigilante. Things go wrong when he is under suspicion of a crime having evidence he was there. It seems his fate was sealed, but the number one hero All Might gives him a second chance attending U.A high school to become a registered hero and prove his innocence.
