Fluff and smut about Lan WangJi and Wei WuXian from The Untamed, often featuring Wei Ying in his paper man form, a cheeky little paper imp, who I find absolutely adorable. Lan WangJi's brother, Lan XiChen will also appear occasionally. This fanfic is from the point of view of Lan WangJi, and the first 2-part story serves to recap their story so far. However, I would recommend that you at least watch the drama before reading this fanfic, as plot points and sweet moments from the drama and novel will be revealed. In short: Lan WangJi has loved Wei WuXian from when they were around sixteen years old, but Wei WuXian turned to a dark path in cultivation, the fight against the armies of darkness, and was killed. Thirteen years later, Wei WuXian is resurrected, and the two meet again, but how does Wei WuXian feel about Lan WangYi? A note on the names. I use the birth names in the narrative, and the other names in dialogue, depending on who is speaking and what their relationship is with the one they're speaking to. Lan Zhan, the birth name of Lan WangJi. Lan Zhan is only used by people close to him. His chosen name is HanGuang-Jun, which is an honorific that refers to him and his brother, and is used by most people in formal situations. Wei Ying, the birth name of Wei WuXian, also called The Yiling Partiarch (by those who fear him). Called Mo YuanXu when in his new body, until his real identity is revealed. Also called Senior Wei later on in the story. Lan XiChen, the commonly used name of Lan Zhan's brother. His birth name is Lan Huan, which is almost never used in the main story. ZeWu-Jun is his chosen name, used by most. Note: this is pure fanfic, and all images used are from the drama, unless otherwise stated. All rights for the characters and plot from the novel/drama belong to the writers and producers. This was again meant to be only a few scenes, but some plot crept in without permission, and now I have ideas for about fifteen chapters. Enjoy!

~Slow updates~ After the events of the GuanYin temple, the cultivation world finds a long lasting peace. Wei WuXian and Lan WangJi are together, Nie HuaiSang's revenge has been executed, the LanlingJin sect has finally started to regain some of their formal glory. However, the damage and sacrifice for the peace was too great. Cracks and broken parts have yet to be mended. Wei WuXian and Jiang Cheng have not talked again after their last meet in the temple three months ago, Lan XiChen is still in seclusion, while Lan Qiren is still reluctant to accept Wei WuXian as his nephew-in-law, and Nie HuaiSang has not found peace, even after extracting his revenge. Jin Ling, Jiang Cheng and Wen Ning still cannot talk much without being stabbed with the complications of their past. And Wei WuXian still cannot let go of his guilt and regrets. At such a time, happens the revival of another woman, who had died with regrets, with sorrow, with the wish to get another chance, to love, to reconcile. "Huh? I thought I died in the battle with the Wens in Lotus Pier." spoke an extremely confused Yu ZiYuan. Cheers to the lilies and the liliums, to the revival and redemption, to the light and the dark, to remembrance and reconciliation. Join Yu ZiYuan as she gets revived into another body, and roams around the cultivation world, only to meet her martial nephew, her own son, her grandson and the adventures with encounters of many people that await her. This is a work of fantiction. I do not own Mo dao zu shi or the cover page. I only edited the cover a bit and own the plot of this story and the OCs. All credits go to their respective owners.

Wèi Wúxiàn thought he could protect the Wēn remnants, but he was wrong. During the Siege of the Burial Mounds, he was captured, forced to watch in horror as those he vowed to protect were brutally slaughtered before his very eyes. Jīn Guāngshàn didn't just stop there. He tricked the entire world, making them believe that Wèi Wúxiàn was dead. In reality, Wèi Wúxiàn was imprisoned in the dark, cold cells beneath Lánlíng Jīn Clan, tortured mercilessly by Jīn Guāngshàn, his bastard son, and their men, all to pry out the secret of the Yīn Hǔ Fú. But Wèi Wúxiàn refused to break. He was cast back into the Burial Mounds once again, left to die alone. With his last breath, filled with fury and anguish, he swore revenge on the entire cultivation world. He never expected that someone-or something-would hear him. In a twist of fate, Wèi Wúxiàn wakes up as a child again, on the very day his parents died during a night-hunt. It should have been a chance to start over, but this world is still just as cruel. This time, he makes a different choice: he won't join any clan. Instead, he will become a rogue cultivator, honoring his parents by walking his own path. But fate isn't done with him. While traveling the roads, Wèi Wúxiàn is kidnapped by slave traders and sold to women who bought him at a staggering price. Just when he thinks his second life is doomed, he is taken to Crimson Blossoms, a brothel that rescues children. Perhaps this life is not as merciless as he thought... ...Or is it?

"I am sorry, Master Lan, Young Master Wei, there is nothing I can do." The best healer of the Cloud Recesses told them with a serious face. Lan Qiren collapsed on his chair, his knees had suddenly become too weak to hold him standing. How could it be? Even the best healer could not do anything for his nephew. Was Lan Wangji truly going to die? OR Lan Wangji is poisoned when he saves Wei Wuxian from an attacker and his husband would do anything to save him in return. The question is, who will be able to save Wei Wuxian afterwards?
