Anna splashed the warm water on her face, running her hands over her wet skin in attempts to set herself straight. "It was just a thought" she told herself, just an odd thought. Why get do rattled? It was exactly like Dr Jefferson had said: it was late, she had a hard day, that kind of situation coupled with a horror movie..
It was just a thought.

Wiping her face with the towel on the counter she let out a sight. Feeling a bit more refreshed now. However, as soon as she removed the towel and saw her reflection..

"Did you brush your teeth?" An older woman came up to the doorway of the small bathroom where she felt like she were standing on something besides the tile floor. She had short hair and a white coat.
"Yes momma." A younger voice smiled, causing the mother to cross her arms, "Let me see." not convinced and going to check the toothbrush of the girl.
"Ok fine! I'll brush my teeth.." Her response was quick and a little annoyed, probably to keep from getting caught in a lie. The woman stood in the doorway to watch.
Short blonde hair just reaching her shoulders, and a pair of cyan eyes looked back in the mirror with a much younger face. Disappearing just as soon as it had happened.

"Aahah!" With a yelp Anna stepped back dropping the towel in the process, as sheer terror made it's way through her.

Light, dark, weavers, Outcasts.
It's all new to Anna, if that even is her name. After waking up with a blank slate of a mind, she has to not only relearn the ways of the world but also her own powers and what exactly it means to be "souless". The Order of Kismet, the goddess of fate, where is her place here? And is what they're doing truly right?
Remembering is risky but it's the only chance she sees.

A 17 year old Naruto Uzumaki moves to a small town called Konoha in Japan to live with her estranged godfather and godmother. The foster care system that she was placed in ever since she was 13 years old due to her parents death, located in the United States, finally found a place for the teenage girl. The kids at her new school seemed to welcome her with open arms, despite how foreign she looked compared to them. A great contrast to her old school peers who never talked to her and looked at her with pity and disgust as if she was some freak. Never having a proper family, she feels a little strange staying with her godparents but quickly got used to it. And then on her first day of school, during lunch she was informed of the Hyugas. A family that seemed to foster kids into their family as only two of them looked related. However she was only interested in one of them. Although all of them looked awfully pale and in dire need of sunlight, the one with jet black-purplish hair that was cut slightly tapered at the sides with messy bangs. What really interested her was his eyes, a very odd lavender color. It wasn't like his relative, who seemed to look blind compared to him. And most of all, when their eyes connected from across the room. Unknowingly making the extroverted blonde's heart race uncontrollably, suddenly feeling like prey in front of a predator. ††††† Genderbend AU/ModernAU/VampireAU/FantasyAU Inspired by the Twilight saga movies

She felt his surprise. She felt his light extinguish as he died. Then there was nothing. Nothing. Her head was swimming like it was underwater. She couldn't move. She couldn't move. Her vision blurred, a man was speaking but she couldn't hear his words. She felt the sword in her chest, but it wasn't there. He killed him. He killed him. Breathe. Did she stop? Breathe. The man, she could hear him speaking. What was he saying? Breathe. She inhaled a deep breath. And another. Then another. Things started to clear. "Breathe. That's right," the warrior coaxed. She started to take another settling breath, and his face came more into focus. The first thing she noticed was his piercing green eyes. She had never seen eyes quite like that before. She stared into them, mesmerized. He mimicked a breath and she took it with him. She was coming back. "I will not hurt you," the man kneeling before her promised. Anna knew better than to believe him. What was it he had said? Oh. "You...you said...you said 'no witnesses'." She was shaking violently. She took another deep breath. "Ah, " he uttered in acknowledgment. "You are not a witness, you are the treasure

Watching Anna, she was actually down stairs sipping water quietly. I couldn't help but stare at her. Her usually midnight drink. "Thirsty." "Oh, uncle you startled me." She had backed away from me as I tried to touch her. I had been needing her touch more and more. "Why are you so afraid of me?" "What are you talking about?" She nervously giggled as she crept backwards. "I have notice a few things and well you cower at my touch. Tell me Anna, do I frightened you?" Have I in someway? I wondered. "No, uncle," she stepped closer to me pressing her palm on my chest proving that she is not the least bit frightened. "You don't scare me one bit." Her lips were smiling but her eyes had told me a different story. "The prove it." I was now leaning as she had licked her own lips. Fuck I want to taste those lips. "How." Her breath sent me shivers down my core. Further leaning in, I pulled her closer, my hand now firmly on her back as my lips made contact with hers. She hesitated at first, I could feel she was withdrawn but that didn't stop me from taking what I wanted. Kissing her made me forget. I know I shouldn't but I wanted to forget what I had lost. Is it wrong of me to think like that? But this kiss felt so right. Why? She felt perfect beneath me. At that moment I wanted more, I wanted everything she would give me. I wanted her. "What the fuck is going on here." The lights instantly turned on revealing a very pissed of Megan. "Megan I can explain." "How, when I just witness you kissing the one who had killed our child." ***** Do you believe in soul mate because we are destined to be with that one person that makes us whole....

"What are you?" He asks me, breaking the silence. I am quite shocked by this question. Mostly because I don't even know how to answer it. "Werewolf. I think... And you are a vampire," I state. He nods. "You don't smell like a werewolf." He lifts his hand to my neck, moving my hair aside, and looks at the bite mark on my shoulder. "And you don't taste like one." I breathe superficially, scared of what he might do next. "I would be lying if I said I didn't want to taste you again." He says, leaving his mouth slightly open. I just stare at him with wide scared eyes. He looks up from my wound and wink at me, causing him to smile a bit and show a fang. I blink a couple of times and swallow, trying to water my throat. He sees me struggling. "Need some extra saliva?" He almost laughs at me... Athena, an omega of the Blood Moon Pack, has her entire life ripped into pieces when she attacks the eldest son of the Alpha in an attempt to save her sister. Elodie's life changes at the turn of a doorknob when she is forced into joining a secret organization that claims to be protecting the Earth from aliens. But with every step she takes, she finds the organization, or the facility, as they call it, becoming more and more suspicious. When a mysterious death occurs, revealing a well-concealed secret, things quickly go downhill as humanity's future is placed on the shoulders of a single gaggle of teenagers. *** I hear a sigh from the other side of the door, "Miss. Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. So, call me stupid, but I sit down. "I am from a space organization that protects civilians from . . . outside threats." *** Beautiful cover made by @mahana258! Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room. I rose to look at the surroundings of the new room I was in. I fell to my knees from the pain. Then a person walked forward and grabbed my face.

20 parts Complete Mature

An introverted, recluse gamer accidentally finds out she's the reincarnation of a Greek god/goddess, and is stuck in a world-altering time-loop until she figures out WHICH god/goddess she's destined to become. ***** Ophelia Jones is...well, she's nothing. She asks for nothing. She WANTS nothing. Just to stay in her dark basement-apartment, do her mindless data-entering job by day, play video games by night. She refuses to participate in a real social life, and won't read the news or be active in the LGTBQIA+ scene that she belongs in. No, Ophelia is done giving a sh**. She'd rather live in her fantasy world, ignoring the real world around her. That is, until a mysterious puddle surfaces in her backyard, and she jokingly wonders if it'll be a portal to another world, someplace better - and she falls into it. Oh, she's transported to a new world, all right -- but not a parallel world or an alternate universe. She's transported to the past; into mythology, specifically. Greek mythology, to be even more exact. Because according to Alfie, her "spiritual guide", she's a reincarnated god or goddess, and has to figure out who. Problem? SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT GREEK MYTHOLOGY. ONC prompts 37 + 5
