Immortals rule, demons protect and humans serve. Little Princess Malia hadn't had any reason to question the order of her kingdom until she ventured outside the castle walls and befriended Gorken, a human boy. Gorken's return into her life set her time back in motion: the friend she thought dead was now the leader of the human rebellion, and she chose to join him in search of the truth, abandoning her place among stagnant immortal royalty. She just wants to live a peaceful life and be happy until she met him. She knew Raynar was dangerous but Aristia can seem to shake her desire for him, he made she see's how powerful she can become. But as their relationship grows intense and heated, she realizes that everything is too good to be true that she is just a puppet that is being controlled for his amusement and that she needs to question everything she ever knew.
