It's 25 years after the 100th games. The victors of the last quarter quell are forced into playing a role in the 5th quarter quell. A whole new batch of tributes are the next victims of the Capitol. Which tribute will overcome everything? This time the capitols secret will be revealed to Panam.

The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game.
