Love is tested in this drama/romance story. Still trying to come to terms with her past, Temari finds herself yet again in a relationship, only this time, with Shikamaru, a lazy guy with simple goals in mind. He hadn't foreseen Temari coming into the picture nor did he foresee her becoming a very special and important part of his life. 

Will Temari finally make peace with her past and let herself love and be loved again? Will Shikamaru's love be enough for him to bare everything that comes their way? Will these two prevail and be together or will the challenges that arise be too much for them handle together?

And what happened in Temari's past? also temari is the same age as shikamaru, gaara and kankuro are one year younger. this just fit the story better. Modern high school AU (no spoilers to the show) Ships: Shikatema (obviously) (Naruhina) (Sasusaku) Kakairu Inosai Kibashino Gaalee Nejiten but later on in the series it'll be Sasunaru and Sakuhina since ive changed my mind Also I will probably try to incorporate Itadei later, but that didn't work with this book.
