Mavria has lost everything. Her family was gone, and everyone claimed her as an outcast : dreary and lifeless. Finding life pointless, she later receives a letter from a family friend,Mr.Linden, wondering if she could stop by to pick up a present her parents left for her. Curious, she heads to his house to receive the gift. Before she leaves, he warns her of its dangers, but she ignores him, thinking he was made. What will become of her when she disobeys and looks further into the mysterious gift?
