Revive Technology was created to save the world. At least, that's what the doctors and scientists that created it thought. The person that thought of this must have not been ready to let their loved one go. While they told us it was created as a cure for all incurable diseases, they were really trying to bring the dead to life again. The doctors and scientists were so curious as to seeing if they could bring immortality to the world that they didn't realize they were writing everyone's death certificate on a gold scroll.
And now, it's left ninety-eight percent of earth's population (half of that being the undead) more machine than man.
Those few humans left will fight. Against the evolving Rousers, against those few struggles one may face even though the world is coming to an end, against the crumbling humanity. And they'll stand together till the very end.

A story about first love, mentally breaking, being authorized and a bear shaped honey pot. Two newly graduated go completely different ways with the same diploma. In a rush of events they meet. When all seems to go in good directions, they fall into a dangerous man's hands. Told to make a cure for immortality, they need to succeed to save themselves, will the scientists live on or die his the nefarious facility? This my NaNoWriMo 2015 Draft. I wrote it in twenty two days. (01/11/15 to 22/01/15) It hasn't been edited yet. There may, and are, a lot of typos, unedited parts, and just completely wrong sentences. 100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. This story is an outcome of a drastically declining future. When humanity was completely lost and there was no one left on Earth taking care for it or others. Humans have become soo busy in their own lives that they have completely forgotten about others and even other lives on Earth. So many species are now extinct because of them and even though life is almost over we still not able to see the right thing. If we had seen things in the right way the right perspective we would've have alot to share and alot to give .
