Living as an Andrews isn't always an easy feat. And knowing you're an Andrews unaware of your abilities is an even harder feat. For Lance, that would be his case.
For many years Lance, despite living in a household that felt like an abusive prison from his father, and his mother, whom cared very deeply for her son, felt as 'normal' as a teenage boy could've been. He'd get into trouble, he'd escape his life at home, free-run with his dog, hangout with his gang of friends after curfew, and of course, survive high-school.
But when a new girl shows up at Santa Monica High-School, Lance is unaware of how much he's about to find out much more to himself than what he thought he knew already. His father wasn't lying. And his mother hoped to hide it.
