Join Pax, and two others (eventually), who journey to seek what is causing a certain threat. Join the narrator who slowly, but surely, loses the plot, and expects characters in a fictional tale to read minds, which can only result in sarcastic commentary that are almost definitely read by no one (certainly not by the personalities who are conducting this investigation, at any rate, but more often than not end up procrastinating...)

Join this ballad of madness, where creatures can be massive, or tiny, and things happen for a reason, or none at all...

The question is...

What if the quintessential substance of a person is enhanced, or exploited, by that which replicated what already exists, but does it in some kind of mystical way that might change their fundamental desires? An observational, psycho-sociological narrative.

An RPG that, instead of monarchies and empires, has more democratic states. Are they necessarily any more peaceful? Also, is darkness ever tempted by non-autocracies? A game where most items can be interacted with.

In a world where Quirks reign supreme, heroes are worshiped like gods, and the powerless are left behind, Aiden Wolfe stands apart. Born Quirkless and disregarded by society, Aiden has no interest in the hero system or its false promises of salvation. Instead of turning to Quirks, Aiden turns to technology. Armed with a mind that rivals the greatest intellects, he dives into the world of cyberware, developing innovations that can push humanity forward-without the need for Quirks. But Aiden's independent mindset puts him at odds with the Hero Public Safety Commission and UA, who see his advancements as a threat to their carefully constructed system. Despite attempts to force him into compliance, Aiden refuses to be controlled. He's not interested in being a hero or following the rules of a society that discarded him. Every step of the way, he faces heroes who misunderstand his motives, a government that seeks to control him, and a system designed to suppress anyone who dares to challenge the status quo. But Aiden won't back down. With his cybernetic creations, sharp wit, and determination, he's ready to show the world that there's another path forward-a path where Quirks aren't the only way to make a difference. In a world obsessed with power, Aiden is prepared to stand alone and prove that true strength comes from those who refuse to be controlled. "Let the heroes have their Quirks," he says. "I'll build something better." [Simulation + Dark + Non-Human + No Female Protagonist] Once an ordinary human, Oliver awakens in a dark world as the lowest and weakest monster: a goblin. Immediately, he falls victim to human adventurers and is ruthlessly killed. But death is not the end for him. With his demise, he activates the Life Simulation System, an ability that allows him to replay and manipulate his life's events, learning from each failure to make better decisions. Moreover, as a goblin, he receives the rare divine blessing bestowed only on his kind, offering him opportunities to evolve into powerful forms. Through constant trial and error, Oliver begins to reshape his destiny. Every simulation brings new knowledge, whether in strategic battles, devouring powerful creatures to absorb their strength, or evolving into advanced goblin types. From his humble beginnings, Oliver relentlessly ascends, using his cunning and the system to outsmart enemies and grow stronger with each iteration. As Oliver evolves into fearsome forms-first a Goblin Warrior, then higher-tier beings-his ambition becomes clear: to conquer the world that once sought to exterminate him. Along the way, once-invincible entities, such as the revered Sword Saintess, the Mother of Dragons, and even angelic deities who once looked down on goblins, find themselves bowing before him. With no female lead or conventional protagonist, this dark, non-human narrative explores Oliver's rise from obscurity and his quest to become a figure of ultimate power in a brutal, unforgiving world, defying all odds and expectations.

Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards. So, here we are, all of us, lost in this mystical realm with zero memory of where we came from. It's like we all took the world's worst vacation, and now nobody can find their way back home. And guess what we have to guide us? A poem. Because why bother with maps or instructions when you can have cryptic, poetic nonsense? It's almost like Serenus wants us to play a twisted game of "figure it out before you die." Now, the world itself is a total trip. It's a magical land where anything is possible, except, apparently, for things making sense. But don't let the pretty flowers and magical buffets fool you-something's not quite right in this enchanted Eden. You've got all these resources lying around just begging to be used for peace, justice, and all those other warm, fuzzy ideals. It's like someone set up the perfect civilization starter kit, but forgot to mention that some of these folks are dead set on turning this dreamland into their own personal dystopia. And with their magical abilities, they're like toddlers wielding chainsaws-adorably dangerous, but mostly just dangerous. Meanwhile, me and my merry band of misfit friends are stuck trying to save this world from self-destruction. Because apparently, we're the only ones who read the brochure about this place being a "civilized society based on values." And while we're at it, I'm also on a little side quest to answer the age-old question: Who am I? It's not like I have bigger things to worry about, like, I don't know, preventing magical Armageddon or anything. With a charming mix of wit, sarcasm, and a healthy dose of "what-the-heck-is-going-on," the story of Serenus follows our nameless protagonist as they unravel the mysteries of this strange land, all while trying to avoid becoming dino-chow or the latest victim of a magical mishap. It's a tale of self-discovery, magical frisking, and just trying to survive another day in this oh-so-serene-and completely crazy-world.

"We caused the end of the world. Turns out it's easier than you might think it is. All you need is a group of eco anarchists and an ounce of magic, and the world goes down in a poof." After another manic episode, Phoenix gets written off his parents' will, and he's trying to find a reason to keep living. Causing the end of the world and being the only one who can save the world wasn't exactly what he had in mind. Phoenix wasn't meant to have magical abilities, and he most definitely shouldn't have been able to make all the money in the world disappear just by thinking about it. To make matters worse, it came with a minor side effect: a disease called Gold fever. In other words, people started to turn into gold. Over the course of a single day, Phoenix becomes the most hated person in the world. As the economy collapses around them, only three of his friends are willing to stay by his side. Their job is to keep Phoenix alive while he tries to make money reappear and find a cure to Gold fever. Which turns out to be more challenging than they thought, as they find out someone is tailing Phoenix with the intention to kill.
