Whether through rhyme or metaphor, poetry offers a unique and endlessly rewarding way to explore the human experience.
Metanoia: A Change of Heart
Love--was it something real from the heart? Or it was no more than series of chemical reactions in the brain? Joshua Silva, a "teenage masterpiece," believed in the latter definition of the word love; that was until he met a girl and received several quotes that truly touched his life like daily verses just for him... Thonia Buenviaje, an "inexplicable and unpredictable" girl, would prove that love truly was the most powerful force in the world. A force that had the power to defy laws of life... ~ Would parallel worlds meet or they would just go on infinitely without intersection? Was it possible that the random person you just passed by each day would be the cause of your everyday smiles, and the stranger you'd known for years would be the reason of your never ending happiness?
