The Wyrm has been a nightmare Erdas is slowly recovering from. Six whole months, and the bitter taste lingers yet. The Four Fallen are on the run in Zhong, the Emperor having been assassinated at the Citadel in front of the other world leaders by a Greencloak. The organisation has been arrested by the Oathbound who have issued a ban on any support to the Four Fallen and are hunting other Great Beasts and their summoners from all around Erdas.

The Redcloaks have been dealt a hard blow. Talon is missing. Moreover, Yumaris has foreseen that the flower will be white. Stead refuses to believe that she is talking about the garden. Could it be?

Meanwhile, Raisha is having to travel through Eura with her new partner in her journey to redeem herself. Or not. 

The city of Cranberra watches in horror as an entire island materializes out of nowhere by their famed coast.
