Izuku did meet almight but instead of asking if he can be a hero,he ask for photograph and decide to live his life as delivery guy,person whose life is to send and deliver anything in question to receiver no matter what even if it was dangerous or the client is the dangerous villain. Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

Izuku Midoriya always wanted to be a hero, but after being rejected from every hero course in Japan due to his lack of a quirk, Deku decided he would need to help people in a more indirect manor. He started making weapons in his basement, they were only supposed to be for himself, but people started to offer him money, and he did need to eat, so he started selling weapons to heroes, and people who just seemed nice. Before Izuku knew it, he was selling weapons all over Japan. He really wasn't sure where his weapons went, and he was a little afraid to ask. Quirkless is a condition that is worse then hell. Izuku knew that one better than anyone else. Not only did he get a reality check about his dream but he also got a live long lesson from... well life. If it was going acording to Izuku then life could screw him over and go fuck itself in hell. He had enough of it already! After realizing what Bakugo did wrong all his life, he was constantly reminded about his old childhoos friend who just basically vanished from his life. He regretted what he did while going to UA day for day missing his one and only friend who would have deserved the role of a hero.
