The Sketch

I removed the cloth on from the canvas.

"Eyes, these eyes are so pretty" I mumbled to myself.

caressing the sketch gently with my hands I thought
"These eyes look so familiar, are these some stranger's ? or I have seen it befo-" before I could complete my sentence
someone pulled me by my waist towards their direction.

"They are mine"

The words that came from his mouth softly felt like honey dripping from his voice.

It was like listening to a soft music and getting away from the waries of this cruel world.

His face was pale and white but at the same time so heavenly that I couldn't take my eyes off.

But unlike the sketch his eyes held sadness, anger and betrayal.
I was about to say something but he disappeared in the dark.
