In 2014, Isagi Hikaru was saved by Haruto Soma who also known as Kamen Rider Wizard. Ever since then, Isagi admired Haruto and still remember the words that been told to him by Haruto. In 2021, an unexpected event happened to Earth which cause mysterious gemstone like minerals to appeared on Earth along with dangerous monsters.
