Operation Underworld

You'd think that after World War II something like that would never happen again?
Well it did.
The feared World War III had finally made an appearance and not just any appearance.
After the virus that had the world in its grip for over 5 years, a vaccine was created that cured all, with some side affects. Scientist soon found out that if you slightly alter the vaccine, you could give people abnormal abilities like super strength, hearing and so on. Even though the super serum hasn't successfully kept a person alive, people are willing to kill for it. This caused for the Third World War.
Since a big part of the vaccine was held in America, the country got the biggest blows. After all hope was lost the American government decided to team up with the Italian mob (Italy being an ally to them)
This brings us to Aceoria leading Operation underworld, the destruction of the super serum.
After herself not having a pleasant encounter with the Italian mob, she is certain this mission is to fail and more so when she meets the oh so charming Salvatore Luciano. The young Mob boss is charming, handsome, dangerous and most important reckless.
Together they find their way in working together and discover that they are not as different from each other as they might have thought.
