Six months after the events of Persona 5 Royal, Ren Amamiya is about to return to Tokyo for a summer vacation with his girlfriend, Sumire Yoshizawa, and fellow Phantom Thieves on a road trip. However, their trip takes a new detour when Igor summons the whole team into the Velvet Room, where they meet Ichika Orimura, the lone male Infinite Stratos pilot. After suffering from countless abuses by his harem and older sister, as well as the large amounts of distortion spreading Ichika's world for the last ten years, Igor and Lavenza send the thieves into the I.S. Universe to free him from his abuse, help him awaken to his inner power, and fight back against the unjust female supremacy corrupting his world. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!!
