My experience with COVID-19

I recently got infected with COVID-19 in April and I was forced to live alone, locked up in a room for 14 days straight.
It was a sort of trauma for me to experience but I had all my family and friends to help me get through it.
Even though I'm trying to forget this experience its as if its burned into my memories forever.
It hurts me sometimes to think about it and I cry alone so that no one worries over me.
So I thought of writing it down and sharing with random strangers.
Please don't give me any criticism.
