The force has awakened once more. The dark side is growing. The Sith have come. 

A young girl with brown hair and an outfit of beige steps out of her ship and looks over her shoulder as if someone is watching, wondering if someone had finally come for her. Senators sit at a table discussing the future of the growing Jedi temple. A young Sith knight with shoulder length black hair storms through a castle of black stone to a throne room. A young man captured as a child is being taught the ways of the dark side, conditioned to fight for their cause. A pilot for the growing New Republic visits a certain senator with his worries of whispers in the outer rim. An old Jedi in brown robes teaches a small group of younglings, the next generation. All were on a path of collision and all felt the force awaken, the Sith are back once more. 

Author's Note: Book hasn't really gained much traction, if anyone would like me to continue it please comment and I will write another chapter!

Really, like I can't believe just how much it turned out to be compared to what I had in mind at first. She dreams of becoming a pilot, just like her late mother once was. Ben Solo, who is training with his uncle to be a Jedi Knight, notices the girl. A bond develops between the two, until the young student is seduced by the dark side. Saraya is stunned to see the New Republic nearly wiped out and joins the Resistance. Despite her political training, she is employed as a pilot. Leia Organa quickly recognized her talents and assigned her to Poe Dameron and his Black Squadron. *Disclaimer: I should note that English is not my first language. Please let me know if you spot any errors. Disney owns all the rights of the characters in the universe, with the exception of Saraya. This is only my interpretation of the story.

Based on Star Wars ep. VII: The Force Awakens. "You... you're afraid." I say looking back at him defyingly. "That you'll never be as strong as Darth Vader." I say his hand moving away from me instantly and he takes a step back finally my body gets released from his hold. I notice the expression from his face breaking completely, he is confused even rattled. I breathe heavily and keep staring back at him proud of myself as he picks up his mask and exits the room leaving me tied up to the interrogation chair. How was I able to do all of that? ------ This book is part 1 of my rewrite series. I figured that if If I wanted to rewrite TLJ and TROS the only correct way would be by also doing TFA so here is that. Also, this book is going to be very similar to the movie to a point where it is almost identical but since it's written with different points of views we get to know more about the characters and where they come from. It is very canon compliant especially when talking about the different character backstories. That being said, this doesn't mean that the next two books are going to be the exact same as the movies I want to take the other books in a completely different way. They might still have similarities to the movies but not that many. ------ **I do not own any of the characters in the Star Wars Saga all credits to that go to Lucas Films.**

This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar. It will focus mainly on their story but there will be significant plot arcs that focus on Finn, Poe, Leia, and others. There will be a few augmentations to the earlier story, but I have tried to stay true to the plot up until this point, except for the 16 hr deadline Palpatine gave them. His threat was open ended in my version. Alder Solo, brother to Ben Solo, son of Leia and Han. He witnessed the massacre of the new order of Jedi, barely escaping with his own life as he fled. A coward, always the coward in the family, not like Ben had been. Alder couldn't even use the force, though his skill with a lightsaber was admirable. Now he has an opportunity to redeem himself and bring his brother back to the light, will he be able to accomplish his task and learn to accept his lack of the Force or will Kylo Ren destroy him completely? One thing is certain: The First Order has strength beyond that of the Resistance and with Zeh Skurn under their influence the Resistance needs Luke Skywalker found and Finn, Poe, and Rey must help Alder find his true path if they are to ever defeat Kylo Ren.
