Lungmen, a city bustling with crowds and business. Said to be one of the wealthy cities in all of Terra. Even so, it has its crimes too.

The bigger the city, the bigger the crime, the deadlier the mastermind.

One of the prime examples is the biggest explosion that occurred at the most wealthy bank in Yen, the country where the city Lungmen settles within. Involving a man named Cast, who got involved in the incident.

Once involved with crime, the question of justice and evil comes after. How would he answer the calls of fate? Or rather, how would he survive it?
