Crossing the line (A Zootopia story)

A freakish incident involved in Sahara square of Zootopia had left it's biome to spread across the city like a plague. The sudden sandstorm consumed the other biomes and even the whole city, leaving it in a desert wasteland.

Months later, three Delta Force operatives from the Ragunan military, were tasked to recon the city and find out what happened to the ZPD and everyone else in the now desert-covered utopia.
