"Hello." I said back warily. "Who are you?" I stood up as I said this, not quite sure how he got here.
"My name is Nyx." He stepped closer to me. "What is yours?" He smiled at me, he had a kind face. Could this all be a trick?
"My name is Linetta." I said smiling back, but then my smile faltered. "How did you get here, and where are you from?"
"I started to explore Prythian, without my parents escorting me. Ive finally made it to the end- The Spring Court." I looked at him confused. "I used my powerful magic to get in here." He answered my look grinning, wiggling his fingers mockingly.
I rolled my eyes. "You still haven't answered one of my questions, where are you from? What court? If you're part of one anyway."
"I am from the Night Court, and I can only presume that you're part of the Spring Court."
I knew exactly who he was then, and he was powerful. I heard my father speak to Lucien about the dangers of 'Feyre and Rhysands son." and if he ever came here. The only information I could get was that he was powerful, really powerful.

Nyx watched his father at the head of the table, his palm resting gently on his mother's tattooed hand. Rhysand laughed at something Mor was saying, the sound pure and happy. Nyx stared with such intensity that it was noticed by the Inner Circle. His father turned to him, a small smile on his lips. He was so elated to have his son home once more. Nyx wanted to break something. "Are you real?" He whispered out loud. His father's smile faltered. Feyre tensed at her son's hoarse voice. He hadn't spoken since that morning, but then again that was nothing new. Nyx rarely spoke these days. "Nyx, my darling?" She asked softly. Nyx had only eyes for his father. "How can you stand it?" He asked, he sounded tired even to his own ears, "How can you sit there...and act happy?" His father sucked in a breath, and leaned closer as if to offer some sort of comfort. "I am happy, Nyx. I'm not pretending." Nyx flinched. Rhysand's face shattered. He stilled. Nyx watched him swallow. "I know what she's done to you..." Nyx said, "Amarantha told me exactly how she hurt you. She hurt me in the exact same way-" "Nyx," Feyre sniffed, "Please." "You cannot let her win, Nyx." Rhysand's voice was soft. "She can't win-" "But she has already won, dad." Cassiopeia Azalea (insert Rhys's last name since we don't fucking know it), the daughter of Amarantha and Rhysand, was a child born of torture and sexual assault. To her mother, she was nothing more than a weapon, a tool with immense power provided by her blood to spark fear in those who would question her reign. To her father, she was the light in a world of which he was surrounded by darkness so deep, he felt like he was drowning. His beautiful little girl. Every feature that dawned on her skin was a replica of his. The Mother had blessed him in making his daughter a copy of him instead of his rapist. When the girl was born, Amarantha demanded that she was to be sent away with her father. Rhysand was to name her, raise her, and train her power until it was advanced enough that it could benefit her rule. The High Lord took it upon himself to name her after his brothers, whom he had missed more than life itself, whom he might never see again. This story will follow her life as well as the events of every ACOTAR book and even farther beyond the books.
