Freya Jones has been trying to lead a normal life for as long as she could, but it's hard when she has a mother who has been missing since Freya was a child, a father who is a high level agent of the government agency S.H.I.E.L.D, and lastly, when she has abilities normally found in a DC comic book.
Her tryings of a normal life, however, are forever disrupted after her father's boss pulls her out of school and announces she will join a group of heroes to defeat a villain from a different planet, but Freya has seen this villain before in her dreams.
And in her dreams he offered her a deal. Join him and his cause or live the rest of her life never knowing what happened to her mother.

In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower.
