A story in which Nova Routledge twin sister of John B falls for a bad boy. But in her eyes she thinks he's more than just some bad guy. The only problem is he's a kook and she's a pogue what else could possibly go wrong here.

Then there's JJ the pogue who had eyes on Nova and only her. But John B doesn't want anyone dating his sister even if it's his best friend. With there father missing John B will do anything to protect his sister. So he tells her that she's not allowed to date anyone.

Rafe however likes Nova and Nova feels for him because she knows what it's like to be an outsider in her family like he does. But when John B starts hanging around with Sarah thats were the trouble begins. But somebody else also has his eyes set on Nova the only problem is that he's Rafes best friend.

What will happen this summer?

Will Nova break the rules for Rafe?

Will she ever realize how JJ feels about her?

Will Topper betray Rafe? and go after Nova

Or

Will John B ruin everything and protect his sister by telling get to stay away from the kooks?

But how can she stay away when she has nothing to lose but herself.....
