The hallways echoed with the sound of our footsteps, my breaths short and quick echoed in my ears. I had always enjoyed our nightly strolls, the darkness allowing us to be ourselves and forget about the horrors of the future for once. I glanced over to my left at the tall boy clad in his loose pyjamas strolling beside me. His bright blond hair glowed in the moonlight making me blink away the bright spots. I stumbled on a stone and almost fell flat on my face but I caught myself. He snorted "almost flopped right on your face there, Kelmendi" I roll my eyes and shove him trying my hardest to push him to the floor, but I had no such luck, he didn't even budge. his eyes widen in pretend horror as he charges at my slight frame standing in the doorway. "No !" I giggled as I ran across the courtyard, with him hot on my trail. "I'm going to get you this time Kelmendi!" I heard his voice behind me way too close for comfort.
