Princess Eleanor of Lancaster, the daughter of Margaret of Anjou and King Henry VI, finds herself in a dire situation after her half-brother's failed rescue attempt from sanctuary. With no options left, she is forced to accept Edward's terms and move to his court. While living there, Eleanor receives a letter from her mother, tasking her to seduce and spy in the York court to aid in their family's mission to destroy the Yorks. Despite her best efforts, Eleanor's plans crumble when Edward publicly humiliates her and breaks off their betrothal. Instead, he announces his marriage to a commoner, Elizabeth Woodville, sparking whispers of rebellion from Lancastrian supporters. In an attempt to keep the peace, Edward arranges for Eleanor to marry his younger brother, George. Cover made by @lovely-ria
