"Give me a break" Echo says as she kicked her shitty car.

I can't call my mom because she is at work and her boyfriend is at home probably drinking or something and I don't have his number... not considering I wouldn't call him because I have the biggest fucking crush.

I sigh

Welp time to walk 20 miles back home. I start walking in the direction home and I notice a car following me so I start to speed walk.

The car starts to speed up a little bit but not too fast- so now I start to sprint the direction to home. But the car picks up its pace and passes me and hit its breaks and blocks me.

When the driver my face instantly pales.. its my moms boyfriend Christian

"Goddamnit" Echo mumbles as she looks at her feet

I just had to conjure the fucker didn't I

Fuuuuuuuccccckkkkkk

He smirks as he notices her attitude change

"It seems like you need a ride"

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
