For those lucky people who do eventually win the lottery, their life changes overnight, forever.
This is how it was for Ms. Lillian Rose Kebble, a 23-year-old retail manager at a small independent clothing store. It all started on her way home from work, she stopped to gas up her car, and she noticed the jackpot and decided it was a good time to play her odds.
