Denki, being next to Kirishima, can see that Bakugou was confronting something in his head. After a few moments Bakugou opened the door fully for everyone to see. When Bakugou moved out of the way, that is when Denki saw what was probably the reason for him shouting.
Laying on Bakugou's bed was a small infant. "Why is there a baby!" Denki shouted.

Bakugou and Kaminari are walking back to the dorms after studying when someone from general studies runs into them. They thought nothing off it and continued going back to the dorms.

Aizawa sensei is like a father figure for Kaminari, his home life isn't great, so he sees Aizawa as more of a parental figure. This is good and all, but if he disappoints aizawa, he has a full on mental breakdown, because he's disappointed the one person he sees is there for him as a parental figure. However, it's the same with his friends, if he let's them down, he gets afraid they'll leave him and forget about him, so he has a breakdown because of that.
