Fate Carries You Away

Medical attention and drugs are just for a more comfortable road to death.
Alex has been at the hospital for long enough to know they won't lengthen his lifespan in any way. He's seen what this terrible disease has done to his brother and has accepted his fate long ago.

That is, until he meets the young nurse, Mizuki Sato, who got the job of taking care of Alex.
The two start to grow closer, and as Alex is drifting further and further away, he realizes that for the first time in his entire life he's got a reason to live.
