Instead of following class and studying, the Ultimate Supreme Leader has grown to like watching his classmate Shuichi Saihara, who lately seemed to be troubled by something. Things develop from that point onward to much more complicated conditions, until eventually the whole situation gets out of hand. Will Kokichi be able to conquer Shuichi's heart, and is he able to bear the consequences? Even if they are more disturbing than anyone might expect...?
