God's Game (MHA fanfic)

Everything that happens is in accordance with God's plans. The Goddess, Chaos, especially loves giving her siblings grief: making people turn away from them, causing wars over a penny, and other entertaining human activities.
Every soul that has a great regret goes to the Gods and asks them for their help. Many take the help of the more appealing Gods with nice names. The few that do reach Chaos for her help though obtain great powers... but at a cost in their next life.
Mara, a demon servant of Chaos's, is given the task of raising the most recent soul and helping her however he sees fit.
However, the child's real parents are unknown, being abandoned as a child. And there's the problem of Chaos's previous soul she helped.
