Saving the Broken

Being the daughter of a duke, Edrea has been told she has to marry into a noble family. Many nobles come far and wide to introduce themselves to her in hopes of courting her. Once they start getting to know her, however, they never stick around due to her problem with not holding her tongue.

Her parents ridicule her daily over keeping her mouth shut and tell her to listen to the men for they are wiser than her. She says its utter.... bullshit.

She was fine with not ever having to marry and having all her time to herself. But all her plans change when her parents host a ball for all the noble people. A man takes a liking to her but unlike all the others, he finds her lack of properness intriguing. She found his lack of... well, anything nice, infuriating.

And of course her "perfect" parents felt so blessed for a noble man such as he to take a liking to their daughter. They saw it as a perfect opportunity for this man to straighten her up and make her his perfect wife. She found it a perfect opportunity to let her worst out in hopes he would give up his liking to her.

Little did she know he would bring out the best out of her. He would fix her broken pieces. And she would break this man so much that his broken pieces would be revealed.
