Niijiko-san encounters the old man she rescued in her dreams while sleeping on the same day. The old man questioned about what she wishes the most and offered to grant it as a token of his gratitude. Niijiko-san wished for the resurrection of her beloved fictional character, who perished in her favorite novel. Niijiko-san suddenly fell asleep in her dreams after telling the old man what she wanted, and she later wakes up in an unfamiliar location.
