Morina Arai just moved into her new apartment with the help of her cousin Jiro, just for them to find out Jiro's old classmate Denki Kaminari lives next door.
Taking the time to catch up Jiro tells Denki all about the new up-and-coming band she and Morina have started, interested Denki soon joins the band.
Even though 1-A, now long graduated, are all adults making their way in the pro-hero world. Denki can't help but fall head over heels for a girl with a quirk to control his electricity, well that plus she can play a mean guitar solo and look good doing it.
