Extermination WIP

Rei Nagatsuki wakes to a pouring storm and desperately seeks shelter in this unknown environment after a fateful meeting with an onrushing truck. He discovers he has been transported to a place resembling a medieval game world, with himself at the center of it! He rejoices, as any normal otaku would, and sets out to make something of himself in this new world.
