At first glance, Hailey Richards was a painfully below average teenager. Her mother had died when she was young, and her father had changed for the worst ever since then. Her brother Sky was the only real family she had left, and since then it had always been the two of them.
In the grief of their mothers passing, they both delved their lives into new hobbies; for Sky it was learning how to box, and Hailey found her calling in the world of competitive archery.
Hailey dreamed of getting out, of seeing the world and going to university, and with the money she had saved from winning archery competitions she was almost there.
But, of course, life doesn't go as planned, and when Hailey gets into a car accident on her way to the last competition she needed to reach her goal, she wakes up in Middle Earth.
What laid before her was a world like none she had ever seen- there were hobbits, elves, men, dwarves, and every sort of creature she could imagine. Does she join them on their quest to try and save this new land? What about her brother and her life on earth? Can this mysterious Gandalf the Grey help her find the answers to what brought her to Middle Earth? You'll just have to read and find out :)
