Between the ordinary world we see and one of a far off place there is a Vale that protects to worlds from each other. But for some reason that Vale fails, thus changing the lives of two young children.

The first is of Princess Sonera, the last princess of Middle Earth and only daughter of The Elven-King Thranduil. Princess Sonera's life is nothing short of ordinary until one fateful day she starts hearing a heart beating in her head. Steady like a drum. 
Princess Sonera, a curious young elf soon finds out that the heart beating belongs to a young Norseman boy named Prince Ivar the Boneless, son of King Ragnar. Over time a forbidden bond of  friendship and love forms between the two. Thus altering the lives around them forever. She did not wish to be another pawn to Ivar's plan but slowly the trauma and stories behind Ivar's past started to make sense to why he was the way he was. Even sharing her childhood stories with him, making there bond stronger. But he was playing a game of cat and mouse with her. Was everything he said true? Or was it all part of his sick game?
