A crossover between multiple video games, combining them into one story. The Ur-Didact an Ancient Forerunner General traveled to another earth to uncover secret artifacts to rebuild his new Forerunner Empire capable of invading galaxies. The Librarian a Forerunner Lifeshaper brought several heroes from different dimensions to help and save the galaxy from the Didact and his new army. Some of these characters are destined to be together, for others, it is their own duty to serve and protect their species.

The Clock Artifact is discovered, in pieces, but once put together, the remaining party manages to set time back before the Lower Creator of the Dark Realm can intervene with this path of time causing the destruction of Earth to have never happened. The end of the book is open for interpretation and could lead to more books.F
