Shoto Todoroki has been a fiery but reasonable kid, never afraid to lash out when someone insults him, aiming to become a true hero, unlike his father, without using his fire side of his Quirk.

Momo Yaoyorozu has an amazing Quirk, but is insecure and unsure about herself. She aspired to be an amazing hero but, because of her major insecurities, thinks that dream is not possible.

Both had gotten into U.A. based off of the recommendations. Both of them aim for the same thing, but have obstacles blocking their paths.

They need someone to help them get past their obstacles. And who better than the two people who have known each other for the last two years at U.A.?

"I turn out to like you more than I originally planned and it took me a whole week of you telling your friends that we have nothing to make me realize it." Shoto Todoroki. A naturally aloof boy who has experienced trauma living with his abusive father. Being born with a Quirk that allows him to control both fire and ice, he is respected among his peers for his power. As the son of Endeavor, the number one hero, Shoto has many expectations on his two shoulders. Momo Yaoyorozu. A friendly mom-like girl who is born within an established family, but lives as a very humble friend. She is heavily respected for her sharpness in assessing combat, battle planning and intelligence. Despite her rich upbringing, Momo is not high-maintenance or even slightly snobbish. Since they sat beside each other in class, Momo had always kept a certain admiration for Shoto and she was always honest about it. Shoto made her insecure, but she had never used her feelings to be envious of him. Shoto on the other hand, holds her quick-thinking, both in combat and supplement classes on a high regard. Momo scores the highest in exams and seems to do well in training. Their relationship is based on respect for each other. Why are these two not together yet? It has always been impossible to reach for Shoto's heart and with Momo's kindness, both might be too oblivious to each other. Perhaps, living under the same roof inside their dorms would change things, right? [p/s: This fanfiction takes a more realistic side. Instead of just blushing or NSFW contents, I aim to show the growth of their relationship from their school days until their marriage]

Momo Yaoyorozu has always gotten what she wanted. Good grades and friends, of course, but also attention. Always in the spotlight in her family and school. And when she wanted to get a boyfriend, she set her sights on Shoto Todoroki, the son of Endeavor. Shoto Todoroki has never been very good with people. Always a bit of an outcast because of his upbringing, he's still a bit awkward when it comes to friends. He had some, of course, but when it came to having a girlfriend...not so much. When his classmate Yaoyorozu approached him about it, he said yes because...he didn't know why. Enji Todoroki, Shoto's father, doesn't like his choice of girlfriend. Naturally, because of his previous treatment of his son, he really couldn't just tell his boy to break up with the girl. He wasn't exactly known for being trustworthy with his family, so any suggestion would just be ignored. But there's someone he doesn't mind too much that just showed up out of nowhere that would be perfect for him. Now...just to get his son to see it. Y/N L/N, cousin of Shouta Aizawa, is new to Japan and UA Class 1-A. Her chubby body and easy smiles instantly draw the attention of everyone in class, her shyness melting away quickly with her newfound friends. With the exception of Yaoyorozu, who is keeping a tight reign on her boyfriend. What happens when the new girl and the quiet boy are forced to work with each other? Will there be sparks? Will there be drama? Read and find out for yourselves!

Now, thanks to your uncle, you are returning back to attend U.A, the most well-known, esteemed hero academy in the world. You met many new faces and some familiar ones. More importantly, your eyes met those heterochromatic eyes once again. Todoroki Shoto; the boy you spent your childhood with; the boy who brought you the most happiness; the boy that you once loved. Little did you know, you still felt the way you did in the past and so did he. He just has trouble showing it. (Originally posted on my Archive of Our Own)
