Shadyon is your average unpopular, pretty much invisible, teenage girl. That is, until she meets Rion, who tells her that she isn't normal. She's an earth elemental. And what happens because of this realization could just get everybody that Shadyon knows and loves... killed. *There are curses used throughout the reading, so if you don't appreciate them, just a heads up. And please comment about anything you think should be different.

[Book 1] Twelve-year-old Skylar Sparks never wanted to be special. She was perfectly fine being a Non-Elemental, dreaming of a normal life in London-high school, university, and a future as a Zoologist. But when monstrous Nagas attack her city, everything changes. Skylar becomes the one thing she never expected, the one thing she grew up reading about, the one thing she hated: the Chosen One. Now, as the only Light Elemental in Stelarinia, she's thrown into a world where she's seen as an abomination. Tasked with finding the lost Relics, starting with the Fire Crown, she must navigate ruthless rivals, biased teachers, ancient prophecies, and dangerous creatures lurking in the shadows-all while barely understanding her own Element. With her twin brother by her side, unlikely friendships forming, and a strict Master who prefers whacking her with his staff over giving clear instructions, Skylar must figure out how to survive magical school, master her abilities, and stay alive until the Blue Moon Festival. But there's a problem- everyone expects her to fail. And in a world where being the Chosen One means being hunted, failure isn't an option.
