A Vampire who used to be royalty starts noticing small signs of haunting, and something helps him when his blood supply starts running low.
after wandering around the forest outside his hometown, a ghost comes across an old looking castle and decided to investigate. being dead he didn't fear what he might find, and discovers a beautiful boy, who he quickly finds out is a vampire. he decided to stay at the castle and observe the boy, becoming more interested the more the figures out.
(Warning; Major character death, unlike other stories I don't Introduce characters just to kill off, there's a build-up leading up to Important characters dying)

He never asked to be Champion of Death, but he's stuck with the title. So he's cursed, quirkless, the main target of a murderer, and going to become a hero no matter what. Wait, a target?
